Sec. 1. Department of Public Safety to establish cold case homicide squad. Resolved:
That the Department of Public Safety shall establish what is
commonly known in other states as a cold case homicide squad for
the purpose of working exclusively on unsolved murders in the
State.

 
SUMMARY

 
This resolve directs the Department of Public Safety to form a
cold case homicide squad for the purpose of working on unsolved
murders.
