| | | Sec. 1. 22 MRSA §3174-F, sub-§3 is enacted to read: |

| | | 3.__Adjust rates.__The department each year shall review and | | adjust the reimbursement rates under the Medicaid program for | | dental services to the 50th percentile of the fees published in | | the most recent survey of dental fees for the New England region, | | as published by a nationwide dental association. |

| | | This bill directs the Department of Human Services annually to | | set the Medicaid reimbursement rates for dental services to the | | 50th percentile of the fees published in the most recent "Survey | | of Dental Fees, New England Region," published by the American | | Dental Association. |
