| | | Sec. 1. 5 MRSA §1742-B, as amended by PL 1991, c. 577, is further | | amended by adding at the end a new paragraph to read: |

| | | If a proposed public improvement is not reviewed by a | | municipal planning board, the Department of Administrative and | | Financial Services, Bureau of General Services shall notify, in | | writing, a property owner whose property abuts the proposed | | public improvement before work on that proposed public | | improvement may begin. |
