Requiring the
State cover the cost of health insurance coverage for retiree's disabled
dependents 19 year or age and older would increase costs to the State
Employee Health Benefit Plan. Preliminary estimates are that 22 current
retirees have dependent children that would be covered under this change
resulting in an estimated total annual cost to the plan of approximately
$130,000. |
