Rep. Sally Cluchey is serving her first term in the Maine House of Representatives. She is a member of the Health Coverage, Insurance and Financial Services Committee and the Inland Fisheries and Wildlife Committee.

Rep. Cluchey owns a consulting business that helps organizations operationalize employee feedback. During the pandemic, she began working as community organizer in support of her local school district, MSAD 75, to encourage the community to vocalize their support for the school board, the administration and teachers. She has also been a board member of the Bowdoinham Food Pantry since 2015, and has been chair of the board since 2019.

Previously, Rep. Cluchey worked in vaccine development for the U.S. military, drug development and science and health policy for the National Academy of Sciences and the Brookings Institution and in organizational development for a venture-backed health technology startup company.

Rep. Cluchey holds a master’s degree in biomedical science and a bachelor’s degree in classical studies. She lives in Bowdoinham with her husband, Jeremy, children Rose and Fred and their two adopted shelter dogs, Daisy and Sheldon.
