Amend the amendment in section 2 by striking out all of subsection 1 (page 1, lines 14 and 15 in amendment) and inserting the following:
‘1. One member of the Senate appointed by the President of the Senate;’
Amend the amendment in section 2 in subsection 2 in the first line (page 1, line 16 in amendment) by striking out the following: "Three members" and inserting the following: 'Two members'
Amend the amendment in section 2 in subsection 2 in the 2nd line (page 1, line 17 in amendment) by striking out the following: "including members" and inserting the following: 'including a member'
Amend the amendment by inserting at the end the following:
Amend the resolve in section 3 in the first line (page 2, line 7 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "first-named"
Amend the resolve in section 5 in the first line (page 2, line 18 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "Duties" and inserting the following: 'Meetings; duties'
Amend the resolve in section 5 in the first line (page 2, line 18 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "shall conduct" and inserting the following: 'shall meet twice in order to conduct'
’SUMMARY
This amendment removes one Senate member and one House of Representatives member from the Task Force on School Leadership and limits the task force to 2 meetings.
