A business screening service that disseminates criminal history record information that was collected on or after July 1, 2010, shall include the date when the record was collected by the business screening service and a notice that the information may include criminal history record information that has been sealed or otherwise has become inaccessible to the public since that date.   [PL 2025, c. 513, §1 (NEW); RR 2025, c. 2, Pt.
