On executions issued on judgments interest shall be collected from the time of judgment.  

Notwithstanding this section and any other provision of law to the contrary, interest may not be collected upon execution of a judgment related to any disposition of property subject to any lien or attachment of a judgment debtor's principal place of residence based on medical debt as defined in Title 32, section 11002, subsection 7‑A for the amount of interest that has accumulated on the medical debt subject to that lien on or after the date on which section 4422, subsection 1, paragraph F takes effect.   [PL 2025, c. 649, §6 (NEW).]
