§563. Definitions
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following words shall have the following meanings.

Approved.
"Approved" means as approved by the Board of Occupational Safety and Health.

Board.
"Board" means the Board of Occupational Safety and Health.

3.
Bureau.
"Bureau" means the Bureau of Labor Standards.

Director.
"Director" means the Director of the Bureau of Labor Standards.

5.
Employ.
"Employ" means employ, suffer or permit to work.

6.
Employee.
"Employee" means any person, including a minor whether lawfully or unlawfully employed, who is employed or permitted to work by the State, a state agency, county, municipal corporation, school district or other public corporation or political subdivision.

7.
Employer.
"Employer" shall mean the State, state agency, county, municipal corporation, school district or other political corporation or political subdivisions having employees.
