§3171. Definitions
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.

Ambulance service.
"Ambulance service" has the same meaning as in Title 32, section 83, subsection 5.

Transporting emergency medical services.
"Transporting emergency medical services" means emergency medical services provided by an ambulance service.
