§964. Organization and responsibility
1.
Finance Authority of Maine.
The Finance Authority of Maine is established as a body corporate and politic and a public instrumentality of the State, and the exercise by the authority of the powers conferred by this chapter shall be deemed and held to be the performance of essential governmental functions.
The Finance Authority of Maine shall be responsible for the administration of the:

3.
Programs and policies.
In implementing its powers, duties, responsibilities and programs, the Finance Authority of Maine shall consider the state economic development strategy and the policies and activities of the Department of Economic and Community Development.
