§3173-B. Medically needy program; certain individuals in intermediate care facilities

(REALLOCATED FROM TITLE 22, SECTION 3173-A)

In determining what types of medical care shall be provided to "medically indigent" individuals, the department shall provide that medically necessary care in an intermediate care facility shall be included under the provisions of the medically needy program. [PL 1977, c. 719, §1 (NEW); PL 1979, c. 127, §145 (RAL).]
