Welcome to the House Activity area!
Every session day the House of Representatives is called to order by the Speaker of the House and a prayer is given by a visiting clergy from around the state. Also, the National Anthem is played or sung by a band or singer. There are times when the groups will perform concerts in the Rotunda about one-half hour prior to session.
Children from around the state can be pages on a session day. The guidelines are in the attached link. This gives them a chance to learn about the Legislative process.
